Minimize specific applications before switching virtual desktop

Some applications (like Photoshop and Illustrator) don't hide on other desktops properly. The only thing that seems to be hiding is the main window, the toolbars remain visible on all desktops.
This can be solved by minimizing the application when switching to another desktop. Anyway, since I think the Adobe applications are not the only applications having this issue I think it would be nice to have a feature that lets you select the applications that need to be minimized before switching to a different desktop (it should minimize it automatically and maximize it when the desktop is requested again (but only if it wasn't already minimized ofcourse)).

For the rest I have to say that this desktop manager is really great. Keep up the good work!

I've been looking for a fix for this. Thanks for the suggestion!
