Sticky windows within applications

I would like to see individual windows within applications to be made sticky instead of whole applications.  For example, I would like to make the main window of Microsoft Outlook to be sticky.  However, when I display a message in a separate window, I want that window to display only in the current desktop and stay in that desktop unless I move it.

Currently, I have made Outlook sticky.  When I display a message in a separate window, that window displays in all desktops.

I do not like that Idea. That would make my system to complicated and would make the system run to slow. It is a cute Idea but minimize/maximize  the window you are interested in.

The MultiDesk software from Oban was able to allow "stickiness" at the
window level instead of application level, and it did not seem to suffer
performance degradation.

The whole purpose of multiple desktops is to be able to divide the your
tasks among desktops. There are programs that span across tasks.
Microsoft Outlook is an excellent example since different email messages
often apply to different tasks you are attempting to perform.
Min/maxing windows is not a good solution no more. If it were, then why
would we need different desktops in the first place?
