If I open an Excel file and change it to other desktop (i.e. Win+Ctrl+2), when I change to that desktop, the Excel program has lost the toolbar of the upper area.
 
In this situation, I have to close and reopen the Excel file to recover the toolbar.
 
This happens me in Windows XP, with Excel 2007.
