When a user logs out of their session, the user.config file gets updated incorrectly.
Each per user desktop gets set to the desktop in use when the user logs off.

When I start the Virtual Desktop Manager on my Vista 64bit SP1 Ultimate, it crashes without seeing a GUI from the app. Only the tray icon is displaying few seconds.

There is still the problem of the desktop that is logged off has its desktop wallpaper saved as desktop 1. So if you logoff from Desktop 3 the wallpaper for desktop 3 is saved to desktop ...
