I use win2vnc to control a remote computer. It would be great if I can disable any hotkeys when my mouse in the other system.
My problem is that I'm using same hotkeys to switch desktops on two computers. Vista/XP Virtual Desktop Manager tries to hook hotkey events when I want to change the desktop on the remote system.

I'll add an option in the menu that enables/disables all hotkeys at once. Thanks for the suggestion.

That will be great! Thank you!

I tried the version 0.9, and confirmed the 'Hotkeys' menu item.
Actually this doesn't work for me, because it just ignores hotkeys but doesn't send the key events back the current application.
I looked at your code, and found 'hotkeysEnabled' variable in main.vb.
I think it should be possible to send back the handled key event in the Windows way, but I don't know how.

If you exit VVDM on the remote computer, it allows you to use the hotkeys for your host machine, right?
